Here's a story.....
We got a call from a local company. They were having a pre-dinner reception for their colleagues from Asia. We didn't want to do the typical cheese platter, as their culture does not typically eat cheese and dairy as we do. We created special platters for this event, including a Smoked Seafood Platter with smoked sockeye salmon, shrimp, mussels and scallops, and an "Antipasto" platter with cured meats and lots of pickled vegetables. We also provided the beer and wine for this crowd.
