Originally, I wanted to open a store that just sold cured meats. I love cured meats, whether it’s smoked, air dried, salted, or a combination of these, the flavors that curing brings out is like nothing else you can eat. However, what's good meat without good cheese. Our dedicated cheese case offers upwards of 50 different varieties of cheeses; hard and soft, mild to stinky, from cows', goats' and sheeps' milk, and everything in between!
